| 内容記述 | 本研究は運転が必要な山間地域において,脳卒中後の運転再開者と中断者の作業参加状況の違いを明らかにすることを目的に自動車運転評価後の生活調査を行った.運転支援を受けた152名を対象に単一施設によるアンケート調査を実施し74名を分析した.運転再開群と中断群では,Brunnstrom stage手指,行いたいこと,する必要があること,FIM(総得点,認知,運動項目),SF-36v2-RCS,SOPI全項目にて有意差が確認された.2項ロジスティック回帰分析の結果,運転再開の有無に関わる因子は,行いたいこと,FIMの運動項目であった.運転中断後の生活支援と,行いたい作業ができるよう支援をすることは,参加制限を防止するだけでなく,運転の再開率を高める可能性がある. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | In this study, we surveyed a mountainous area where driving is necessary to determine differences in occupational participation between those who resumed driving after stroke and those who interrupted driving. We administered a single-facility questionnaire to 152 individuals who received driver assistance, 74 of whom qualified for the analysis. Significant differences were found between the resumed and interrupted driving groups in Brunnstrom stage hand, things they wanted to do, things they needed to do, FIM (total score, cognitive, and motor items), SF-36v2-RCS, and all SOPI items. Logistic regression analysis revealed that the factors related to whether the patient resumed driving were the things that they wanted to do and the motor items of the FIM. Support for daily life after driving cessation and assistance in performing occupations that the patient wants to do may prevent not only limitation of participation but also increase the rate of resumption of driving. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
