We administered a single-facility questionnaire to 152 individuals who received driver assistance, 74 of whom qualified for the analysis. Significant differences were found between the resumed and interrupted driving groups in Brunnstrom stage hand, things they wanted to do, things they needed to do, FIM (total score, cognitive, and motor items), SF-36v2-RCS, and all SOPI items. Logistic regression analysis revealed that the factors related to whether the patient resumed driving were the things that they wanted to do and the motor items of the FIM.
