| 内容記述 | 公営住宅には長期間居住している高齢者層が徐々に多くなっている。建て替え対象時期にきている団地ではとくにそれが顕著である。本研究では実際に建て替えた団地で，転居という環境変化が高齢者の生活特性やコミュニティー参加に与える影響と問題点を把握し，高齢者のコミュニティ形成と維持のあり方を考察した。アンケートとインタヴューにより，とくに個人のコミュニティとの関わりおよび問題点を詳細に聞き取った。それらをまとめた結果，建て替えによって，総じて近隣交際は縮小するが，それには意識や建築条件，身体条件，家族条件などが関わっていることが明らかになった。建て替え前後の住居に対するイメージにおいても，物的環境の機能面以外では心理的には前住居を評価するなど，建て替えによって不満が生じる点などが認められた。これら実際の様々な問題点をまとめた。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | 1. Purpose In the long term，the number of elderly living in public housing has gradually increased. This is especially apparent from the great proportion of dilapidated collective housing set aside for reconstruction. Our research done on one such reconstruction uncovered the influence of the environmental changes on the lives of the elderly，on their participation in the community，on social adjustment，and related problems brought about by relocation. We have reflected on the formation and maintenance of the community of the elderly. 2. Procedure The questionnaire survey and interviews among elderly living in reconstructed collective housing，or in other housing during reconstruction drew responses from eighty people. The questions dealt with the relationship of individual and community，problems of reconstruction，and others. 3. Results 1) Some of the elderly consider a community necessary for emergencies，but they do not try to enlarge their circle of social intercourse，and often have little ability to do so. 2) Reconstruction generally contributes to a decline in neighborly contact. This also depends on factors like the degree of awareness，the type of building，daily activity，human relations skills，and family conditions. 3) Natural surroundings and human relations are among the highly valued aspects the elderly perceive in their environment before reconstruction. After reconstruction，while they may appreciate the functional efficiency and physical comfort，they complain about deterioration of the natural and social environment. 4) After they move into the new environment, there is no opportunity for participation in the community. 5) Isolated housing allows for less communication and creates more loneliness. | |||||||||
