| 内容記述 | 本研究は、 自殺関連行動の再企図を予防する精神科看護師の看護実踐を明らかにし、実践の背景にある精神力動的過程を検討することを目的とした。本研究の結果より以下の知見が得られた。1)精神科看護師は、 自殺関連行動に至る患者の経緯の想起を促しており、CBTモデルでいう自動思考に作用していた。精神科看護師は、家族の感情を認識できるように促し、看護師が患者のことを心配しているとIメッセージを送っており、「助けもない」という患者の心理に作用していた。またラポールを形成することにつながり、患者の孤独感という心理状態に作用していた。2) 精神科看護師の患者の自殺関連行動を選択肢から取り除くという実践は、単独で行うと、自殺既遂に至る可能性がある。精神科看護師は社会資源の調整をし、自殺を駆り立てる耐え難い感情から患者を守っているという作用があることが示唆された。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | This study elucidated the nursing of psychiatric nurses to present that attempted suicide patients from committing suicide again and formulated the psychodynamic process of background of the nursing. 1) Psychiatric nurses let patients remember the circumstances leading to the suicide. This work was similar to automatic thought in the CBT mode1. The notice of family's existence and receiving some“I message”from nurses helps patients in hopelessness. 2) There are risks to suicide if nurses let patients only removing their thought of suicide. These results suggested that psychiatric nurse's arrangement of social resources saved patient with attempted suicide from distress leading to suicide. | |||||||
