| 内容記述 | 本研究は，全国の作業療法⼠310名を対象に，ワーク・ライフ・バランス，バーンアウト，作業有能性，精神的健康の構造的関連性を検証した．研究仮説に基づき，構造方程式モデリングにて検証した結果，CFI=.924，TLI=.918，RMSEA=.065（90％CI[.061,.070]）と適合度の基準を満たした．仮説モデルによって，ワーク・ライフ・バランスの崩れは作業有能性を低下させ，精神的健康に影響を与えるという構造が新たに示された．この構造は，これまで報告されてきた勤労者の健康プロセスを支持することに加え，そのプロセスの中に作業有能性が作用することを示した．本研究の結果は，作業療法の視点から勤労者の健康増進にアプローチする可能性の⼀端を提供したと考える． | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study explored the structural relationships between work-life balance, burnout, occupational competence, and mental health in a sample of 310 occupational therapists across the country. Based on the research hypotheses, structural equation modeling indicated a good fit with the data, with CFI=.924, TLI=.918, and RMSEA=.065 (90% CI[.061, .070]). The hypothesized model revealed a novel structural pattern, indicating that disruptions in work-life balance lead to a decrease in occupational competence, subsequently affecting mental health. This structure not only supports previously reported health processes in the workforce but also highlights the role of occupational competence within this process. The findings of this study offer insights from an occupational therapy perspective into the potential for enhancing worker health. | |||||||||||||||||
