| 内容記述 | 一般に、都市中心部では郊外よりも気温が高くなるヒートアイランド現象が認められるが、東京のような大都市ではその規模も大きく顕著になることが予想される。本稿では、まず第1に、東京都環境科学研究所と東京都立大学による共同研究の一環としておこなわれた東京のヒートアイランド実態観測調査の結果をもとに、東京のヒートアイランドの時空間構造を明らかにするとともに、ヒートアイランド形成要因について若干の考察を試みた。その結果、冬季の日最低気温分布では、都心部を中心とする典型的な同心円状の構造が現れたが、夏季の日最高気温分布においては、高温部の中心が内陸側へ移動し、埼玉県境付近がもっとも高温となることがわかった。また、このような時には、都心部・湾岸部の気温はむしろ低下する傾向を示した。第2に、都心部に位置する気象庁の気温データ(1876-1994)をもとに、ヒートアイランドの長期変動特性を明らかにした。その結果、日最低気温は季節にかかわりなく上昇傾向を示すが、日最高気温には明瞭な上昇傾向は認められず、近年はむしろ低下傾向を示す場合も認められた。その結果、気温の日較差は全般に減少傾向を示しているが、これは雲量の長期変動とも密接な関連のあることがわかった。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | Urban heat island phenomena，which are known as high temperature occurrences in the central part of a city，would be estimated to become much greater in a big city as Tokyo. This paper aims at clarifying the spatial and temporal structure of urban heat island phenomena in Tokyo. As there have been only several meteorological stations in Tokyo，it has been difficult to gain detailed isothermal charts which show both temporal and spatial patterns of urban heat island phenomena in Tokyo. Annual mean daily minimum temperature patterns show typical urban heat island phenomena in Tokyo，where the center of high temperatures can be seen in downtown Tokyo. However，in case of daily maximum temperature patterns，the center of heat island moves to northern inland area，whereas low temperature appears in downtown and bayside areas. An attempt was made to clarify long term variations in daily maximum and minimum temperatures，and diurnal temperature ranges in Tokyo for the last 120 years. The results show that daily minimum temperatures have increased rapidly since 1950s，and that diurnal temperature ranges have decreased remarkably since 1940s. | |||||||
