Community-based integrated care systems have been proposed for family caregivers to live healthy. As part of this, it is important for occupational therapists to be involved in family support from a professional perspective. The purpose of the study is to develop a scale to evaluate the Occupational adaptation for family caregivers who care for the care recipient. The content validity was verified. A provisional scale was created and the validity was ensured using the Delphi method. In this study, the panelists agreed to repeat until the standards were exceeded. The standard was a content validity ratio of 0.75 or higher. The provisional scale consisted of 64 questions. As a result, it was performed 3 times. The 1st session was deleted and revised to 50 questions, and the 2nd session was deleted to 41 questions. The 3rd session ended with all items meet the criteria.
