Most studies on business model innovations have presumed the meanings of their resources are given. However, Penrose originally explains that resource is a bundle of possible services (Penrose, 1959), which defines resource is equivocal. Therefore, it is necessary to explore how the management define the meanings of resources and how the management create the new business model by utilizing the new combination of resources.
