However, most studies have failed to exploit the potential that the job crafting concept originally hold. Furthermore, previous research on job crafting has not been fully presented in Japan. Hence, the first aim of the present study is to identify the intention of the concept construction and clarify the uniqueness and the significance of the concept by differentiating it from similar concepts.
