リョウタ"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"22716","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_6_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"［目的］本研究の目的は脳卒中後片麻痺患者における移乗動作の特徴を時間的側面から健常若年者・健常中高年者との比較により明らかにすることとした。［方法］対象は健常若年者群8名，健常中高年者群8名，当院入院中の脳卒中後片麻痺患者群8名とした。実験は被験者に椅子からベッドへの移乗動作を行わせ，撮影した動画より動作を5相（前傾・起立・回転・着座・終了）に分け，各時間を算出した。分析は各相の所要時間について分散分析および多重比較を用い，比較分析を行った。有意水準は5％とした。［結果］相別の所要時間について回転・着座相において片麻痺群における所要時間が健常若年群・中高年群の両者に対し，有意に高値であった（p＜0.05）。［結論］片麻痺患者における移乗動作の時間特性の検討を行い，健常若年者・中高年者に比べ，動作中の回転相～着座相での所要時間の延長が見られた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_6_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"首都大学東京学位論文
