 note = {1995年～2010年の日本作業療法学会における意味のある作業とその類似の言葉を使用した抄録を基に,その言葉の使用状況を検討した.その結果,件数は1997年以降2008年までは1桁,2009年以降は2桁とわずかではあるが増加していた.また,意味のある作業とその類似の言葉には「意味」「重要」「価値」の言葉とその組み合わせが頻繁に用いられ,その中でも「意味」が最も多く用いられていた.これらの過程は,日本の作業療法士がクライエントの持つ価値や作業に注目した新たなパラダイムを受け入れていく過程を示していると考えられた.今後,意味のある作業とその類似の言葉の内容と関係を検討することが必要である., This study is an examination about extracts using of “meaningful occupation” and that similar words in Japanese occupational therapy academic conferences. We found that extracts increase since 1997. It showed the process to receive the new paradigm for Japanese occupational therapists. The words of ‘meaning’, ‘important’, ‘value’, and their combinations were used in that extracts. The highest frequency word of use is ‘meaning’.
