 note = {札幌市では、スパイクタイヤの使用禁止に伴ってツルツル路面が頻繁に発生し、路上転倒による負傷者が急増したことがきっかけとなり、冬の歩行者転倒事故が社会問題として市民の関心を集めるようになった。本稿では、札幌市における冬の歩行者転倒事故の現状を概観するとともに、実際の歩行者転倒を捉えたビデオカメラ映像を使い、道路環境や転倒場所、歩行者挙動の分析を行い、今後の事故対策の方向性を考察する。, In Sapporo, pedestrian slip and fall accidents on the extremely icy slippery roads has become a major public concern because the accidents has increased rapidly since studded tires were banned in the early `90s. This paper discusses the current issues of pedestrian slip and fall accidents in Sapporo, and examines what altemative measures should be applied to promote pedestrian safety in winter.
