Considering on the future seismic disaster mitigation, it is very important to follow-up and pock-up the main factors which were strongly influenced into the seismic disaster spreading in the past big earthquake disasters. In recent earthquake damages, it's very clear tendency that the disaster period exceed much longer than the past earthquake disaster period due to not only the direct damages but also the indirect functional interactions between the multiple damage aspects. Especially, it's very important for the future seismic disaster mitigation to survey and summarize the time historical transition concerned to the ups and downs in the several seismic disaster aspects. Until now, there were several research works on the imaginary processings and considerations about seismic disaster transition or scenario against to the seismic disaster mitigation. And also in the 1923 Great Kanto Earthquake, the 1948 Fukui Earthquake and 1964 Niigata Earthquake, the time historical transition of damage aspects during one year after the respective destructive earthquakes were already summarized and reported.
