{"created":"2023-06-19T12:45:53.421687+00:00","id":5770,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"9bd54875-303d-4bc9-aefd-fdeceee9d57d"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"5770","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"5770"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:tokyo-metro-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00005770","sets":["521:613:616:763:1335"]},"author_link":["19176","19174","19175","19173"],"item_3_alternative_title_19":{"attribute_name":"その他のタイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"Damage Characteristics of Civil Engineering Structures by the 1999 Ji-Ji Earthquake,Taiwan"}]},"item_3_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2000","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"115","bibliographicPageStart":"77","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"72","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"総合都市研究"}]}]},"item_3_creator_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Iwatate, Takahiro"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"19175","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Yoshimine, Mitsutoshi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"19176","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"1999年9月21日1:47am(現地時間)に、台湾中部南投県集集付近を震源とするM7.6の大地震が起こり、死者二千人以上、ビル・家屋の倒壊は、全壊約四万棟、半壊約四万棟にのぼり、三十二万人以上が家屋を失った。筆者は、土木学会台湾地震調査団の一員として、土木構造物の内、主に、ライフライン・電力施設および山岳トンネルの被害調査を実施した。本報告は、調査結果に基づいて、土木構造物の地震被害の概要とその特徴について述べたものである。以下に概要を示す。(1)今回の地震の最大の特徴は広範囲に渡って、大きな地表地震断層が出現(最大10m程度)し、断層変位による局部的な地盤変状により、石岡取水堰や石園橋、稗豊橋、長庚橋等断層直上あるいはこれをまたいだダム、橋梁、道路、導水路トンネル、ライフライン施設などの土木構造物が大きな被害を受けたことである。しかし、概して、断層から離れた地点の被害は少なかった。(2) 地震動(揺れ)による被害としては、山間部での大規模な斜面崩壊や地滑り、送電鉄塔の倒壊および丘陵地の変電所・開閉所等の機器等に見られた。このため、電力供給に大きな影響を及ぼした。(3)地震の規模は、M7.6で兵庫県南部地震の10倍程度であるが、地震動の揺れ(震幅)は、主要動部分で、最大で400gal程度であり比較的小さい。最大値の分布は南北方向に長い形状を示し、EW方向成分がNS方向成分より大きい(約2倍)。また1Gの部分は、高振動数域にあり、地盤の特性を反映していないと考える。(4) 液状化は、台中港等の海岸地域や大肝渓流域の沖積低地等で発生し、このため、台中港の護岸の変状、背後地盤の沈下の被害や河川堤防の変状、建物の沈下や傾斜の被害が生じたが、被害の規模は、阪神・淡路大震災と比べて小さい。(5) 今回の地震では、断層による局部的な地盤変状による被害が多く見られた。しかし地震断層の地表の表われ方やその規模など十分に解明されておらず、現行では断層を考慮した耐震設計はなされていない。今後、断層によって引き起こされる地表面の変状に対して、地表面断層の出現位置、規模の予測方法などを検討するとともに、耐震設計にどのように取り入れるか早急に検討し、断層変位による構造物の破壊を抑制する設計・施工技術の向上に努める必要があると考える。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"The Ji-Ji Earthquake, Taiwan with a magnitude of 7.6 occurred at 1:47 AM(local time) on 21 September 1999, in the central part of Taiwan. Author of a member of JSCE team traced the surface faults and investigated into damage to civil engineering structures(brigdes, dames, lifeline facilities) caused fault movements immediately after the earthquake. This reports describes the characteristic aspects of the earthquake disaster the civil engineering structures by the 1999 Ji-Ji earthquake as follows. (l)The surface raptures caused by the reverse earthquake fault appeared in the huge area and casued catastrophic damage to civil engineering structures (bridges, dams, buildings houses and lifeline facilities). (2)The road bridges were totally collapsed and more than 30 bridges suffered comparative light damages which needed repairements after the earthquake by the surface faulting. The concrete gravity dam with a height of 25m was also totally collapsed by the surface faulting. The total collapse of the bridges and the dame, which were directly caused by the fault movement is the first experience. (3)Lifeline system such as electricity suffered severe damage, and slope failures collapsed transmission towers, while the surface rupture damages a number of facilities of main switchyard for the electricity distibution. (4)Facilities of Taichung port were damaged mainly due to soilliquefaction, and a numerous number of huge slope failures occured in the mountainous area and buried villages and valleys, resulted in loss of many lives. (5)The Ji-Ji earthquake will rise a new technical as well as social subject of the earthquake resistant design of structures against surface ruptures caused by fault activities.
