 note = {われわれは、前稿において、那覇市における「自治会」で代表される住民組織の成立・伝統・現況や、「自治会」加入の状況・加入方法の特徴、「自治会」の類型などについて資料を整理しつつ、「自治会」の形態的・構造的な特質を考えてみた。本稿では、これにつづけて、前稿と同様に調査研究資料を整理しつつ、「自治会」の機能的な特質について考えてみたいと思う。, We considered the structural characteristics of neighborhood organization that was called “Jichikai” in Naha-shi，Okinawa-ken in number53. This research notes，the continuation of number53，try to see the functional characteristics of “Jichikai”. We found similarity between functions of “Jichikai” and “Kyouyukai” (members have same home town) and concluded that “Jichikai” and “Kyouyukai” are functional equivalent. This similarity will propose one of subjects in Chounaikai (Jichikai) problems. We cannot study problems of community revitalization or community policy without “Jichikai” and “Kyouyukai”., postprint},
