Various meteorological observations were made in 1992 to analyze the temporal and spatial variations in climatic factors which might have been affected by human activities. In Minami-Ohsawa district,there exits urban heat island (high temperature area) phenomena in and around the Tokyo Metropolitan University campus and the areas where many multistory residential buildings are located. On the other hand,in spring and summer,cool island (low temperature area) phenomena are often observed in vegetated parks and forest areas. In winter and spring,when cool air lakes appear at lower altitude valleys and small basins,urban heat island phenomena are often obscured and weakened in and around the housing developments in these areas. The most important factors which cause heat island phenomena in the housing developments of Tama New Town in western Tokyo would be an increase of non-permeable areas and a decrease of vegetated areas due to a rapid development of multistory residential buildings.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_40":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"postprint","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_publisher_33":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"東京都立大学都市研究センター"}]},"item_3_source_id_10":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AN00134354","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_3_source_id_8":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"03863506","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_3_version_type_16":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"三上, 岳彦"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"浜田, 崇"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"渡邊, 正浩"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2017-03-17"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"20024-053-007.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"900.2 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"20024-053-007.pdf","url":"https://tokyo-metro-u.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/5487/files/20024-053-007.pdf"},"version_id":"51a92968-2e74-4908-9d05-e189afddfb25"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"Urban Climate","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Heat Island","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Housing Development","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Tama New Town","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"都市気候","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"ヒートアイランド","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"住宅団地","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"多摩ニュータウン","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"jpn"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"住宅団地の都市気候環境 : 多摩ニュータウン南大沢地区の事例","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"住宅団地の都市気候環境 : 多摩ニュータウン南大沢地区の事例"}]},"item_type_id":"3","owner":"3","path":["1313"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2017-03-31"},"publish_date":"2017-03-31","publish_status":"0","recid":"5487","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["住宅団地の都市気候環境 : 多摩ニュータウン南大沢地区の事例"],"weko_creator_id":"3","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-06-19T17:16:02.491369+00:00"}
