We interviewed women between the ages of 35 and 50 from the districts of Bunkyou Ward，Kita Ward，Machida City and Oume City. We then tried to draw up the total picture of children's educational career issues from the simple total of demographic variables. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of parents' educational careers on their children's own educational careers.
