 note = {災害復興事業に対する住民の評価を、1982年7月の長崎豪雨災害を経験した長崎市矢上地区土地区画整理事業地を例にして、アンケート調査により考察した。その結果、(1)土地区画整理事業や河川改修事業は、災害があったので、出来たり予定が早まったと考えていること、(2)事業に対しては、期間が長い、移転家屋が多い、減歩率が大きいことに対する不満が強いこと、(3)事業に対する評価を「日常的な居住環境」を被説明変数として分析した結果、水害の「被害状況」が評価要因としてもっとも寄与すること、が明らかにされた。, A questionnaire survey was carried out in the Yagami Land Readjustment Project Area of Nagasaki City which suffered from the heavy rain disasters in 1982. Information concerning how residents evaluated the disaster reconstruction plan was obtained through a questionnaire. Some results are as follows: 1. Residents consider that the heavy rain disasters of 1982 gave impetus to both the land readjustment project and river improvement works; 2. Residents were displeased with the disaster reconstruction plan，because it took a long period of time，many houses had to be removed and the lot reduction rate was high; 3. It is clarified through the quantification theory that degrees of damage were the most contributing factor for evaluating the disaster reconstruction plan., postprint},
