 note = {集合住宅住民の心理特性として居住者と居住空間との相互関連から，住み心地の満足度の変容を時系別的に追跡した。つまり物理的条件(居住空間)が変化しないにもかかわらず，居住者の住み心地の満足感がどのように変容するか，また住宅観，地域活動の変容を検討することを目的とした。調査方法は時系別的調査で，居住者と住宅とのかかわりが白紙の状態である入居時点からはじめた。対象者は都下多摩ニュータウンに公団によって建設された高層住宅に新しく入居する人々である。この棟は11階建，75世帯が収容でき，賃貸方式である。部屋の広さは3DK～4DKで家賃は6.9万円～8.4万円である。調査は1979年8月入居直前から1982年5月までの3年間弱に5回の調査を行った。調査内容は住み心地の満足度の変容，住宅観，住宅イメージ，地域活動等で，本報告では最後の調査を除き4回の分析を行った。その結果，入居前の住宅に対する不満が新住宅に対して過度の期待となり，入居直後は満足度が高いにもかかわらず，次第にその満足感は低下している。とくに，家賃の高さ，間取り，広さ等は著しい。又集合住宅に対するイメージでもより好ましいイメージをもっており，一戸建住宅より高く評価している。又地域活動では近隣関係はあまりなく，近隣関係を充実させていこうとする意識はあまりみられない。, The aim of this survey to follow-up how apartment residents have comfortable to live in their residence. Surveys of residents living in a new public housing compound of Tama-New-Town were conducted on four different occasions between August 1979 and May 1981.
