 note = {過去何年間かにわたって，われわれは，集合住宅居住者の居住意識の分析を試みてきた。なかでも住み心地を規定する要因について団地やその住民特性を分析することによって明らかにしようとしてきた。そして住み心地(満足度)の規定因が団地(集合住宅)ごとに異なっていることを明らかにしてきた。今回の研究は，任意の団地を選択して調査し，従来の研究と比較することによって，より一般化された居住意識の法則をみつけようとした。石川県金沢市郊外の緑団地とその周辺の一戸建を調査し，既に調査した3団地(名瀬市佐大熊団地，東京多摩ニュータウン，東京青山住宅)と比較を行なった。いくつかの団地特性において緑団地は佐大熊団地と類似していたが，居住意識に関しては，かなり異なっていた。団地特性(住民特性も含めて)の一つが異なっていても，居住意識は異なってくることも明らかになった。今後の課題として，居住意識に直接影響を与える要因の抽出，団地特性の類型化などが急務であろう。, Social attitudes of apartment house residents and detached house residents of Kanazawa were studies. Previously a study was made of apartment house living conditions and social attitudes of the residents in several districts (Tama New Town，Aoyama，Naze City). The aim of this study is to make a comparison of the results of these two surveys. Many similarities and differences were found to exist between social attitudes of residents of Kanazawa and residents of another districts.
