{"created":"2023-06-19T12:45:06.289739+00:00","id":4794,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"e4618aa0-33ee-4f1e-903c-7d71511acfe0"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"4794","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"4794"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:tokyo-metro-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00004794","sets":["521:613:616:763:776"]},"author_link":["16084","16083"],"item_3_alternative_title_19":{"attribute_name":"その他のタイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"Psychological Traits of Apartment House Residents : An Analysis of Interpersonal Relationships in Neighborhoods"}]},"item_3_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"1981-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"12","bibliographicPageEnd":"132","bibliographicPageStart":"117","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"総合都市研究"}]}]},"item_3_creator_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Homma, Michiko"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"16084","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究は，多摩ニュータウン集合住宅居住者の心理特性の分析を調査にもとづいて行ったもののうち，主として地域環境における対人関係，地域活動とのかかわり合いをみた。そこで集合住宅に対応させる意味で一戸建住宅との関係，また集合住宅の形態 -分譲か賃貸か，高層か中層か- の2つの側面からみた。さらに都市の住宅の特徴を把握するため都心部と地方都市を対象にした。都心部として東京都・港区青山周辺を，また地方都市として鹿児島県名瀬市にある公団住宅を調査地点とした。その結果はまず近隣性においては，都市では近隣関係居住者の地理的関係で構成されているのでなく，子どもの関係という間接的な個人の背景の要因が大きい。その傾向は都市の集合住宅に著しい。また都市においての近所づきあいの規範は低い。集合住宅の近隣性の広がりは都市化が進むにつれ狭くなり，また認知的な枠組もあいまいである。またそれは建築構造上の違いによるととも示された。つまり，中層においては住棟全体と，その認知の広がりはまとまっているのに対し，高層においては狭く，また一貫性に欠けている。またコミュニティ関係においては，地域別にみて，奄美がその活動がもっとも高くかつ関心も高い。都市では形式的な参加で関心も低い。これに関し集合住宅と一戸建の差異はなく，地域性が強いようである。また集合住宅はその土地への帰属感が一戸建に比べかなり低い。さらに分譲に比べ賃貸が低い。この定着感の低さは土地そのものに対するより団地のイメージ，建築的なものに関係するようである。また地域活動では集合住宅の方が自治会の加入が少ないにもかかわらず，関心は高い。そのなかで分譲と賃貸を比較すると分譲の方が関心は高い。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"This survey of residents aimed to analyze the comfortableness of apartment living. This paper mainly studied interpersonal relations in neighborhoods. It was carried out on residents living in public housing compounds of Tama New Town，Aoyama and Naze City，and residents of detached houses living in these three locations. Results ohtained were as follows. Urban residents do not prefer interpersonal relationships with those living in their own neighborhood. They have friendly relations with them by a factor of similality (child) rather than by physical factors (proximity). This tendency is typical to apartment house residents.
