 note = {本研究は，集合住宅居住者の心理特性，なかでも住み心地にかかわる要因を分析するために行なわれたものである。このような目的のために，すでにわれわれはいくつかの研究を行なってきているが，本研究もその一環をなすものである。今回は集合住宅居住者の心理特性を一戸建居住者と比較すること，地方差についても吟味すること，多摩ニュータウン総合調査の一環としてここでも調査を行なったことなどが特徴である。得られた結果は，団地の立地条件差 (都心，東京郊外，地方都市)，居住形態差 (鉄筋集合住宅か一戸建か)がはっきりと示された。また，住み心地要因の因子分析を通じて，集合住宅では， 5因子，一戸建住宅では4因子が抽出された。両者に共通の因子としては「地域の便利さ」 「住居の使いやすさ」 「騒音」の3因子があった。集合住宅に特有の因子として「自然」「近憐との関係」の2因子，一戸建住宅に特有の因子として「建物の混み具合」があった。各地域の居住者の経済的，文化的，経験的諸属性による居住意識の差について今後の課題として分析が進められなければならないことが指摘された。, The aim of this study is to make a comparative study of comfortableness of apartment houses and detached houses. Surveys of residents living in a public housing compound of Tama New Town，Aoyama and Naze City were done. Also surveyed were residents of detached houses living in these three locations. Many differences were found to exsit between the six groups (three location x two differences of residence) concerning comfortableness and their social attitudes.
