@article{oai:tokyo-metro-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00004737, author = {Oishi, Taizan and 大石, 堪山}, issue = {7}, journal = {総合都市研究}, month = {Oct}, note = {近郊地域ないしは市街化進行地域の研究方法に若干の反省を加えながら,近郊農業と近郊農家の変容過程と再編過程をあきらかにした。従来の研究分野の分業体制からは注意を払われなかった「旧農家群」も含めて分析を進めなければ,当該地域の研究は重要な構成要素を除外する結果になり,都市と農村の対立矛盾を解消し,融合を希求する都市生活者・農業者の正しい道を見失うことになるであろう。都市一般住民と現および旧農業者との相互関係は,農産物の他には,おもに住宅用の土地を中心に展開している。従って農地転用の4条・5条別の地積量が分析され,農作物作付の変化や農家数の変化,農業就業人口の変化などが分析された。このような変化のなかから,非農業的土地利用のもっとも進んでいる地区が選定され, 旧農家も含めて15年間の各経営体の変貌が分析され,類型に分類された。これら類型は発展過程として認識される。類型設定基準には従来の農家分類が若干の検討を加えられ,とくに「専業農家」の定義が新しく提出された。この場合,経営主体者や後継者の意志が重視された。市街化進行地域で,都市農業をおこなっていく場合の諸条件や営農阻害条件,将来の意向,あるいは都市住民への被害が聴取や質問紙法によって分析された。貸家経営の導入にともなう農用地の転用過程や増減過程が,空中写真を基図に聴取によって調査され,図化され,また説明された。貸家経営が経営学的に成立しないこと,地価上昇率が異常に高いので早期に貸家経営をおこなうほど損失の大きいこと,および現象的に貸家が増大していくことが理論的に説明された。, The changing processes of suburban agriculture and farms in the urbanizing areas were analyzed,in reconsideration of the research methods of suburban and urbanizing areas. In an attempt to gain a synthetic understanding of relationships between town and country,or town inhabitants and farmers,special attention should be given to ‘the farm households and farmers in the past' which played a significant role as the suppliers of both the land for housing and the labourers for town industries. They had been ignored by urban geographers and also agricultural geographers,because of the difficulty in getting data and materials. Firstly,several analyses were conducted in this local municipal area on the changes of planted acreage,the number of farms and agricuItural labourers,and furthermore,on the changing usage of land from agricultural to non-agricuItural. Secondly,through the analysis of changing management of all farm households from 1965 to 1979 in the most urbanized area,they were classified into groups of seven household types which were genetically ordered. As the new criteria for ‘full-time farm households' much thought was given to intentions or purposes in farming of the heads and successors of respective farm households. Impeding factors for urban agriculture in rapidly urbanizing areas were clarified too by interviews and questionnaires. Thirdly,the reasons why land acreage for farming increased or decreased in each enterprise through the changing processes from agricultual land use to non-agricultural (houses to let),were explained by information supplied by a municipal office and the results of drill of interviews with many farmers. These were shown in a large-scale land use map and in a big table. And fourthly,theoretical explanations were given for each of the following: renting houses didn't pay economically; the earlier having them,the greater losses they suffered; and,houses to let by the farmers were increasing apparently in heavily urbanizing areas., postprint}, pages = {47--72}, title = {都市農業と農家の都市的土地利用}, year = {1979} }
