[Methods] Twenty stroke patients participated in this study. Intervention: The experimental group patients sat on a platform tilted 10° to the paretic side in the frontal plane. The control group patients sat on a horizontal platform. Both groups moved their trunks laterally to the non-paretic side 60 times. Assessment: Subjects sat on a horizontal platform and moved their trunk laterally to the left or right as much as they could. During this task, we measured the trunk angle and bilateral electromyographic activity. [Results] After intervention, both groups showed greater decrease in lateral bending to the paretic side. In the experimental group, the activity of the external oblique muscle on the affected side was significantly increased in lateral bending to the non-paretic side after the intervention. [Conclusion] These results suggest that tilting platform sitting training can improve EO muscle activity on the non-paretic side., 〔目的〕側方傾斜面上における座位での側方移動練習が体幹の角度と筋活動に及ぼす即時的効果を明らかにすることである.〔対象〕発症早期の脳梗塞患者20例とした.〔方法〕対象を,練習中の座位が側方傾斜面上とする群と水平面上とする群に分類し,麻痺側から非麻痺側への座位側方移動練習を行わせた.効果測定のための課題は水平面上での安静座位と左右最大側方移動とし,体幹角度と筋活動量を介入前後に測定した.〔結果〕麻痺側移動時の側屈角度は,両群とも介入後に有意に減少した.傾斜面で練習した群の非麻痺側移動時の麻痺側外腹斜筋の活動量は,介入後に有意に増加したが,水平面で練習した群では変化しなかった.〔結語〕側方傾斜面上での座位練習は麻痺側外腹斜筋の活動を活性化させる.}, pages = {451--455}, title = {発症早期の脳梗塞患者に対する側方傾斜面上での座位練習の即時的効果 : 体幹の角度と筋活動}, volume = {27}, year = {2012} }
