He inherits the perspective of “pre ・theoretical resource\"\nfrom the founders of Critical social theory， and at the same time\nvalues horizon of communication turn developed by Jurgen\nHabermas of the secohd generation. However， Honneth criticizes\nthe fact that Habermas expanded the horizon towards linguistic\nanalysis by pragmatics ， and argues that it should rather be\nexpanded towards an anthropological recognition theory. In doing\nso ， he attempts to redistribute the “social labor\" disregarded by\nHarbermas， as a “pre-theoretical resource\" from the point of\nrecognition theory.
