This one decade project is divided to three periods. 1st period: The 1st community-training program for post-disaster Recovery in Nukui district (before 2003) 2nd period: The 2nd community training in Sakuradai and making a manual for long-term recovery (2005-2007) 3rd period: proceeding with normal “Machidukuri” (after 2008) In Nerima ward, there were some improvement activities for “Mokumitsu” area where has been high vulnerable for earthquake disasters. Besides a bylaw system was established among 2000’s.
