 note = {本研究は，廃校活用による都市農山漁村交流施設において，地域住民と地域外の来訪者との交流を創出するための施設の活用検討プロセスと運営体制のあり方について知見を得ることを目的とした。まずインターネットおよび文献調査により全国の廃校活用施設から，都市農山漁村交流施設69事例を抽出し，特徴を整理した。次に，この69事例を運営形態および運営者の属性により類型化した上で，リピート率や事業継続性が高い3類型を抽出した。それぞれ類型に該当する事例をとりあげ，ヒアリング及び現地調査を行い，施設の活用検討プロセスと運営体制を明らかにした。その結果，廃校活用施設においては，地域資源を活用した体験プログラムを通して，地域住民と地域外の利用者との交流が図られていること，また，その活用検討段階で適切なプロセスを経ることにより地域内の交流・活動の拠点としての機能を持ちうることがわかった。, The purpose of this study is to get the knowledge of examination process and management system for urban and rural interchange facility which was used as a school originally, for creating social relationship between the local residents and visitors． At first, we extracted 69 urban and rural interchange facilities through internet and literature survey and organized their features． Also, using those 69 facilities, we clarified 7types of facilities on the basis of their management systems and the operator's properties．Finally, we selected 3types of facilities considering the high rate of re-visit and business continuity． Putting up at those 3types of facilities, we conducted spot survey and hearing survey to find the examination process of using facilities and management systems ． As a result, we detected the occurrence of relationship between the local residents and visitors who from the other places by experience program using local resources in those facilities． Furthermore, this research shows that the facility works as a base for creating regional relationship by proper management in each step for examination process．},
