Yukio"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"9627","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本稿では、「観光まちづくり」を「まちづくり」と「観光」双方が近接した動きとして捉え、「まちづくり」から「観光」へのアプローチと「観光」から「まちづくり」へのアプローチが存在するということを「観光まちづくり」の概念的な枠組みとして設定する。そして、前者に関しては、一般的に内発的・内向的な性格の強い「まちづくり」のなかで、外部資源（＝地域外からの力としてのカネ・ヒト・モノなど）を獲得するという現象の一つの側面として位置づけることができる。本稿では、このような概念的枠組みを踏まえて、実態としての「観光まちづくり」が歴史的にどのように変化をたどってきたのか、その大局的な流れを整理し、「まちづくり」を進める地域にとっての「観光」の役割が何であるかということを明らかにした。「観光まちづくり」の第一の段階として、1960年代後半に始まる過疎化・空洞化の解消のための「外部資源の量的獲得」、第二に、1980年代後半に始まる持続的な地域環境保全のための「外部資源の戦略的活用」、第三に、1990年代に始まる生活の質の向上ための「外部資源の地域内浸透」に分けることができ、各段階での「観光まちづくり」の主体や地域資源の活用にも変化がみられる。ただし、全ての地域の「観光まちづくり」がこのような段階的発展を遂げてきたというわけではないし、いずれの側面も現在でもなお「観光まちづくり」の重要な観点であり、これらのバランスの取れた地域の取り組みが「観光まちづくり」の成功例として評価されるのである。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_publisher_33":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"首都大学東京
