However, it has gradually become difficult to find suitable sites for trench surveys in Japan due to intensive land use and social restrictions. To solve this problem, a new method called off-fault paleoseismology was recently introduced to active fault research. This tries to uncover the age of past fault events through coseismic geological evidence that are not directly related to seismogenic fault movement. Using this method, we revealed the Holocene history of fault movement of the Fujikawa-kako fault zone (FKZ). which is situated along the onshore plate boundary zone, and which shows the highest vertical slip-rate in Japan. Using chronological data of off-fault geologic features such as scarp failure, emergence of marine terraces, and sudden depression of marshes, it is revealed that the FKZ has repeatedly displaced at ca. 6 ka BP, 4.5 ka BP, 3.0 ka BP and 1.5 ka BP during the Holocene.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_publisher_33":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"Department of Geography, Tokyo Metropolitan University"}]},"item_3_source_id_10":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA00200173","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_3_source_id_8":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"03868710","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_3_version_type_16":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Yamazaki, Haruo"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Shimokawa, Koichi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Mizuno, Kiyohide"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Tanaka, Takenobu"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2016-08-04"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"20005-37-001.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"699.1 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"20005-37-001.pdf","url":"https://tokyo-metro-u.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/2984/files/20005-37-001.pdf"},"version_id":"f320b7ff-5c13-4f1b-b5cf-8f6f3a894d59"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"active fault","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"off-fault paleoseismology","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Fujikawa-kako fault zone","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"trench excavation","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"fault scarp failure","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Off-fault paleoseismology in japan : with special reference to the fujikawa-kako fault zone, central japan","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Off-fault paleoseismology in japan : with special reference to the fujikawa-kako fault zone, central japan"}]},"item_type_id":"3","owner":"3","path":["560"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2010-11-30"},"publish_date":"2010-11-30","publish_status":"0","recid":"2984","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Off-fault paleoseismology in japan : with special reference to the fujikawa-kako fault zone, central japan"],"weko_creator_id":"3","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-06-19T18:23:17.495289+00:00"}
