The eyeball model\nwas lled with a model of vitreous body, i.e. agar gel or water, and was with a pressure sensor to measure\nnormal stress.\nResults: The modes of shaking were classi ed into three patterns, i.e. fast shaking with the fore arms,\nfast shaking with the whole arms and synchronized shaking with the whole arms. The frequency of the\ncyclic acceleration-deceleration history experienced by the head of the dummy doll was 5.0, 4.0 and 2.2 Hz,\nrespectively, with the maximum acceleration of 20, 20 and 60 m/s2, respectively. We considered the last of\nthese three modes of shaking as possibly corresponding to the worst case of violent shaking. This mode of\nshaking could be instructed to volunteers who acted as imitate perpetrators, and resulted in both increased\npeak intensities of the acceleration experienced by the head of the dummy doll and increased stresses on the\nretina at the posterior pole of the eyeball model.\nDiscussion: The time integral of the stress through a single cycle of shaking was 107 Pa s, much larger\nthan that of a single event of fall, which resulted in 60 to 73 Pa s. Taking into account that abusive shaking\nis likely to include multiple cycles, the time integral of the stress due to abusive shaking can be even larger.\nThis clear di erence may explain why RH in SBS / AHT is frequent, while RH in accidental falls is rare.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_6_relation_11":{"attribute_name":"PubMed番号","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type":"isVersionOf","subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"info:pmid/24810668","subitem_relation_type_select":"PMID"}}]},"item_6_relation_12":{"attribute_name":"DOI","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type":"isVersionOf","subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.injury.2014.04.014","subitem_relation_type_select":"DOI"}}]},"item_6_source_id_10":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA11530136","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_6_source_id_8":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"00201383","subitem_source_identifier_type":"PISSN"}]},"item_6_version_type_16":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_ab4af688f83e57aa","subitem_version_type":"AM"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Yamazaki, Junpei","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Yoshida, Makoto","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Mizunuma, Hiroshi","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2016-08-03"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"10721-001.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"1.9 MB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"10721-001.pdf","url":"https://tokyo-metro-u.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/2537/files/10721-001.pdf"},"version_id":"569df266-4c99-446c-9b25-32147b8f4e8d"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"Shaken baby syndrome","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Abusive head trauma","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Retinal haemorrhage","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Stress","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Vitreous body","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"journal article","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Experimental Analyses of the Retinal and Subretinal Haemorrhages Accompanied by Shaken Baby Syndrome / Abusive Head Trauma Using a Dummy Doll","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Experimental Analyses of the Retinal and Subretinal Haemorrhages Accompanied by Shaken Baby Syndrome / Abusive Head Trauma Using a Dummy Doll","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"6","owner":"3","path":["508"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"PubDate","attribute_value":"2016-08-03"},"publish_date":"2016-08-03","publish_status":"0","recid":"2537","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Experimental Analyses of the Retinal and Subretinal Haemorrhages Accompanied by Shaken Baby Syndrome / Abusive Head Trauma Using a Dummy Doll"],"weko_creator_id":"3","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-12-09T03:57:17.953295+00:00"}
