Getting into the era, that changing so fast and unpredictable, you can’t refer to past success for
reproducibility of success. Therefor that “Development of human resource having creativity and
autonomy” is becoming important issue to higher education. With such a background, many
universities have been making trial and error on active learning. Even Tokyo Metropolitan University where author is working for, had been carrying out “Student Mentor Training” since Oct.2011 to March 2013, for the purpose of developing students’ autonomy. In this paper, consideration about a curriculum design of the university education is proposed based on both students’ feedbacks and their attitude transformations of the training participants.
